God never intended for us to take on our battles alone. Scripture shows us again and again we have a God who fights for us.
When the Israelites were trapped between the approaching Egyptian army and the Red Sea, God said, “The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be still.” Exodus 14:14
When a ruddy young shepherd faced off against a hardened, Philistine giant, he armed himself with only five smooth stones “that all this assembly may know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hand.” 1 Samuel 17:47
Give it to God knowing he is God who fights for us. He will never leave us …..we just have to trust and look to Him …. each day at a time.
