Kylie is finally starting to feel better after several long days of nausea and fatigue. She was able to sleep through the night for the first time since finishing the first cycle of treatment. She is still battling nausea but trending in the right direction. Now we are working on eating more to hopefully gain some strength back before cycle two starts.

This is so good to hear there is symptom improvement from the meds. May she continue to feel better and improve overall. I am praying for her.

Thank you Chris
She really was hit harder than we expected with this first round. The doctors said she would be able to go to school… no way….she is not eating and she is in bed most of the day. I am so glad I was here with them … as there was a lot of unknown… and the siblings were really needing support…. God was very evident in this whole situation…honestly I don’t know how they are going to do this next round and of chemotherapy …Sean knows of a little boy with same cancer … 11 year old … and he couldn’t finish the 3rd cycle … he told his parents he had enough … they honored his wishes and he died 6 months later. Kylie is not her upbeat self… she is older … and she knows more… and she misses her life that she had with her friends and schoolmates. She lets me pray with her… thank you for your prayer support !!!!

It’s heartbreaking to see Kylie suffer, Wendy. I’m so sorry. Having you there is a balm in many ways, I’m sure. I will continue to pray for Kylie, and you all, since God is in control, and He is the great Healer, and Comforter.
